Please ensure you are abiding by the competition rules.  If you have any questions, including verification if an images is considered too similar to a previously submitted image, please contact Linda Gates.

The content of a print or digital image must be entirely the work and copyright of the author. In composite images, all component images must meet this requirement. For the avoidance of doubt,
use of images from any other source including, but not limited to, royalty free image banks and clipart are not permitted

Where parties other than the photographer have made a significant creative contribution to the image, we encourage the photographer to consider whether their own contribution is sufficient to claim the image as their own work.

By entering images into competition you are confirming that the images are your own work, and meets the conditions for entry as per the club rules.

Note that image titles can not contain the following characters.  If they are present they will be removed before presenting in competition.

• > (greater than)
• : (colon)
• ” (double quote)
• / (forward slash)
• \ (backslash)
• | (vertical bar or pipe)
• ? (question mark)
• * (asterisk)

If you want to opt out of the club using your images for other purposes (inter-club competition, promotional material etc) check opt out.
